Blue Prince Achievement Guide: 100% Roadmap

Blue Prince asks you to draft a house one room at a time, then survive its own logic long enough to reach the elusive Room 46. 16 achievements sit behind that premise, and only one of them comes from just finishing the game. The rest live inside dartboard math, deadly-sin statues, and rules you have to break on purpose. This guide walks through every trophy on Steam, in the order most players tackle them, with the unlock rate for each so you know exactly how rare your next pickup really is.

Story & Progression

Inheritance Trophy

Unlock Rate: 38.1% (Uncommon)

Requirement: Reach Room 46

How to Unlock: Find one of the Antechamber levers scattered through the house, then trace the door that lever connects to. You need the Foundation floorplan to access the Underground and reach the Sanctum, where pulling the north lever opens the path. Walk back up to the Antechamber and step through to Room 46.

Tips: Prioritize drafting the Foundation early whenever it appears as an option. Most first clears come from a run where you happen to draw it in the first few doors.

Full House Trophy

Unlock Rate: 26.9% (Rare)

Requirement: Draft a room in each open slot of your house

How to Unlock: Fill every open doorway in the house layout for a single day, leaving no undrafted slots anywhere on the floor plan.

Tips: Head toward the bottom-right corners early and cut Dead Ends from your deck whenever you can. This is far easier the day after drafting the Sauna, since its extra starting Steps give you the range to reach every corner.

Trophy of Wealth

Unlock Rate: 12.8% (Very Rare)

Requirement: Buy out the entire Showroom

How to Unlock: Purchase every item the Showroom has for sale in a single run. Once the shelves are empty, a final Trophy of Wealth item appears for sale. Buy that too to claim the trophy.

Tips: Save Gold across several days by drafting the Showroom repeatedly and skipping bigger one-off purchases elsewhere until the shelves are cleared.

Explorer’s Trophy

Unlock Rate: 8.8% (Very Rare)

Requirement: Complete the Mount Holly Directory

How to Unlock: Discover and draft every room in the house’s directory. There are around 110 distinct rooms, and several are locked behind secret areas or puzzles, so this takes many runs to fill out completely.

Tips: Draft the Drafting Studio as often as possible, since it lets you pick specific room types directly instead of relying on random draws.

Diploma Trophy

Unlock Rate: 10.1% (Very Rare)

Requirement: [Not listed on Steam – complete the Classroom final exam]

How to Unlock: Draft the Schoolhouse to add eight Classroom floorplans to your deck, then draft all eight Classrooms plus a ninth to unlock the 40-question final exam. Pass it to earn the trophy.

Tips: Take notes on every lesson, book, and piece of world lore you find along the way. The exam draws on details spread across the whole game, not just the Classrooms themselves.

Puzzle Mastery

Trophy 8

Unlock Rate: 24.5% (Rare)

Requirement: Solve the enigma of Room 8 on Rank 8

How to Unlock: First solve the Gallery Room puzzle to obtain Key 8, which unlocks any locked door on the eighth rank. Enter Room 8 and place each of the eight animal statues into the sin-labeled bin its riddle points to (Hubris, Envy, Lust, Wrath, Gluttony, Sloth, Avarice, Mundanity). Getting all eight right opens a hidden panel with the trophy and two Allowance Tokens.

Tips: Read the plaque above each statue carefully. Several riddles reference visual clues elsewhere in the room, like the painting and rug, so check the walls and floor before committing to a placement.

A Logical Trophy

Unlock Rate: 20.1% (Rare)

Requirement: [Not listed on Steam – win 40 Parlor Games]

How to Unlock: Solve the Parlor Room’s box puzzle correctly 40 times across your playthroughs. Progress carries over between runs and days.

Tips: Draft the Parlor whenever it’s offered. This adds up naturally if you play regularly rather than grinding it in one sitting.

Trophy of Invention

Unlock Rate: 15.6% (Rare)

Requirement: [Not listed on Steam – build all 8 Workshop contraptions]

How to Unlock: Draft the Workshop and construct each of the eight unique contraptions available. The trophy spawns on the workshop table once the final one is built.

Tips: Keep track of which contraptions you’ve already built across runs, since duplicates don’t count toward the total.

Bullseye Trophy

Unlock Rate: 12.2% (Very Rare)

Requirement: Solve 40 Dartboard Puzzles

How to Unlock: Draft the Billiard Room and solve its dartboard math puzzle. Each solve counts toward the 40 needed, and the puzzles get progressively harder before looping back to the starting difficulty once you hit the requirement.

Tips: Learn the dartboard symbols early. A red X means skip that number, two red dots double it, and a red slash halves it. The Guest Bedroom and Classrooms also contain wall hints for the math involved.

Trophy of Sigils

Unlock Rate: 8.7% (Very Rare)

Requirement: [Not listed on Steam – unlock all 8 realm sigils]

How to Unlock: Reach Room 46 a second time to get the first Sanctum Key, then look for a desk note hinting at the rest. Buy the Sigils book from the Bookstore for 50 Gold to learn how to read the sigil puzzles, then track down and solve all eight scattered through the deeper layers of the house. The trophy spawns in the Inner Sanctum foyer once the last one is solved.

Tips: Screenshot every sigil you encounter and note its exact arrangement. The puzzles reuse visual patterns you’ll need to cross-reference later.

Trophy of Drafting

Unlock Rate: 3.2% (Ultra Rare)

Requirement: [Not listed on Steam – win the drafting strategy sweepstakes]

How to Unlock: Draft 20 Dead Ends in a single day. A package containing the trophy and 200 Gold appears in the Mail Room afterward.

Tips: This runs counter to normal play, since you’d usually avoid Dead Ends. Deliberately pick them once you’re going for this trophy specifically, ideally on a day you’re not also trying to reach Room 46.

Challenge Runs

Dare Bird Trophy

Unlock Rate: 2.0% (Ultra Rare)

Requirement: [Not listed on Steam – reach Room 46 in Dare Mode]

How to Unlock: Purchase the Dare Bird plushie from the Mount Holly Gift Shop for 110 Gold to permanently unlock Dare Mode. Start a run with Dare Mode active, complete four randomly assigned Dares over the course of the run, and reach Room 46.

Tips: Dare Mode stays unlocked forever once purchased, so you can attempt it across multiple runs without buying the plushie again. The specific Dares vary each run, so stay flexible rather than planning a fixed route in advance.

Cursed Trophy

Unlock Rate: 1.5% (Ultra Rare)

Requirement: [Not listed on Steam – reach Room 46 in Curse Mode]

How to Unlock: Draft the Shrine in the Outdoor Room and donate Gold, then take the Gold back to become Cursed. Buy the small Red box listed in the Gift Shop for 13 Gold, then find a Sledgehammer and return to the Shrine to break the box and retrieve the Effigy, which unlocks Curse Mode. Start a new save with Curse Mode active and reach Room 46. Curse Mode limits your starting Steps to 13 with no benefit from the Apple Orchard, plus added debuffs from certain rooms.

Tips: Prioritize drafting Bedrooms for Step boosts, since your usual Step sources are weakened under the curse. The Sleep Mask item becomes especially valuable here.

Day One Trophy

Unlock Rate: 1.6% (Ultra Rare)

Requirement: [Not listed on Steam – reach Room 46 on the first day of a new save]

How to Unlock: Start a brand-new save file and reach Room 46 before the first in-game day ends. This requires drafting the Foundation and a working path to the Antechamber almost immediately, so it depends heavily on RNG.

Tips: If you don’t draw a Foundation floorplan early on Day 1, it’s usually faster to restart the save than to keep pushing that attempt.

Trophy of Speed

Unlock Rate: 1.6% (Ultra Rare)

Requirement: Reach Room 46 in under an hour

How to Unlock: On a fresh profile, reach Room 46 within one real-world hour of starting the save. This is a real-time limit, not an in-game clock, so the run needs to be fast and largely mistake-free.

Tips: This usually falls out naturally from a good Day One Trophy attempt, since a clean Day One run typically takes around 30 minutes. Getting the “successful” part right is the hard part, not the speed itself.

Completion

Trophy of Trophies

Unlock Rate: 0.9% (Ultra Rare)

Requirement: Complete the Trophy Case

How to Unlock: Earn all 15 other trophies first. Dare Mode, Curse Mode, and Day One trophies are typically earned on separate save files, so use the Blackbridge Grotto terminal’s admin function to import trophy data from those files into your main save. Once all 15 are present, draft the Trophy Room to receive the final trophy automatically.

Tips: Find the Blackbridge Grotto admin code before you start juggling multiple save files, since you’ll need it to merge everything back together at the end.

5-Phase 100% Completion Roadmap

Phase 1: Learn the House Play normally and focus on reaching Room 46 for the first time through the Inheritance Trophy. Don’t worry about other trophies yet. Learn the room layouts, the Foundation path, and how drafting works.

P2: Passive Progress Once you can reach Room 46 reliably, keep playing normal runs while passively working toward Full House, Bullseye, A Logical Trophy, and Trophy 8. These accumulate naturally as you draft and solve puzzles you’d encounter anyway.

P3: Long-Term Builds Shift focus to Explorer’s Trophy, Trophy of Invention, and Trophy of Sigils. These require deliberately seeking out specific rooms and items across many runs rather than solving what you happen to draft.

P4: Deliberate Challenges Purchase the Dare Bird plushie and build toward Curse Mode unlock. Tackle Dare Bird Trophy and Cursed Trophy on separate save files, along with Trophy of Wealth and Diploma Trophy on your main save.

P5: Precision Runs Finish with Day One Trophy and Trophy of Speed on a fresh save, since a good Day One attempt usually nets both. Use the Blackbridge Grotto to import all trophy data into one file, then draft the Trophy Room to claim Trophy of Trophies.

Conclusion

Blue Prince rewards patience more than skill in the traditional sense. The Inheritance Trophy is the easy part. Everything after it asks you to learn the house’s hidden systems, break your own habits on purpose, and occasionally gamble on a fresh save file with nothing but RNG on your side. Work through the phases in order, keep notes on sigils and room locations as you go, and the Trophy of Trophies will follow once the rest are checked off.
