Cloth is an important resource in V Rising that is used in creating the following
- Silk
- Traveller’s Wrap
- Carpet Roll
- Tailor’s Flooring
To create Cloth, you must first beat a level 38 V Blood – Beatrice the Tailor. Once beaten, the Loom is unlocked and you can craft Cloth using Leather and Plant Fibre.
Here are the Best Places to Farm Cloth in V Rising.
Grinding Mobs
Dunley Farmlands and Dawnbreak Village are filled with humans such as bandits, workers, and militia. Many of these enemies drop cloth.

Looting Chests
The houses and bandit camps that are spread out around Dunley Farmlands host a large amount of cloth as loot. Scavenging cloth from chests is as easy as mounting a horse and doing a quick lap around Dawnbreak Village.
Slaying V Bloods
Killing V Bloods like Beatrice and Christina the Sun Priestess has a high chance of dropping a lot of Cloth.

Build a Loom
To gain access to the Loom, you’ll need to have beaten Beatrice, a level 38 V Blood. Once a Loom is built, you’ll need 4 Leather and 12 Plant Fibre to create 1 Cloth. If you have the room bonus, you receive a 25% discount which brings down the Leather to 3 and Plant Fibre to 9. This is by far the most efficient way to gain Cloth. Crafting a Loom requires
- 20 Planks
- 12 Copper Ingots
- 4 Wool Threads
