Sony Reveals the DualSense Edge Controller

The Gamescom Opening Night saw Sony unveil their latest controller – DualSense Edge wireless.

With features like remapping and ability to deactivate specific buttons, the DualSense promises a complete gaming experience.

Other features include trigger adjustability, customized control profiles, changing controller settings on the go, a dedicated function button that gives you access to player settings, game volume controller, chat, and more.

The controller will also come with a USB Type-C cable with a braided wire. The ability to lock the controller during gameplay to ensure it doesn’t come loose is provided.

Native features from the previous generation like Adaptive triggers, built in MIC, haptic feedback, and fluid motion triggers make their comeback. The controller can be charged via USB while in storage.

No price or launch date has been announced by Sony.
